By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Website purpose

This website provides general information about marketing services offered by Better Leads Media, LLC. Website content is not a promise of specific business results. Any services, fees, guarantees, responsibilities, or other commitments will be stated in a separate written agreement.

Start-up refund guarantee

If fewer than 8 homeowners sit down with you in your first 45 days live, we refund your start-up fee in full. The guarantee applies when:

• Your ad budget runs at $80 per day or more for the full 45 days. At $60 to $79 per day, the window is 60 days.
• You call every new lead back quickly and use the booking calendar we set up.

A sit-down is a homeowner who came through your Better Leads Media ads and met with you for an in-person or virtual estimate. The refund covers the start-up fee only. Full terms are in your written client agreement.

Your use of the website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, copy its content for commercial use, or use it in a way that harms Better Leads Media, LLC or another person.

Information you provide

You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Submitting a form allows us to contact you about our services and scheduling a call, but it does not create a client relationship.

SMS terms

By providing your mobile number and consenting to text messages, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Better Leads Media, LLC about our services and scheduling. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by Better Leads Media, LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

Third-party services

The website may link to or use third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, or terms of those services.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Better Leads Media, LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
